AquaAmp develops waterproof charging solutions for mobile phones and is primarily aimed at areas of application in which moisture, splash water or short-term submersion can play a role. The Florida-based company promises IPX7 waterproofing for its wireless models. At the same time, AquaAmp relies on fast Qi2 charging with up to 25 watts and secure magnetic alignment so that compatible smartphones are reliably positioned and the charging process remains stable.
The portfolio includes several wireless station designs to cover different installation situations: as a surface version, a concealed version, as a clamp mount or as a compartment. Depending on requirements, the charging station can be mounted visibly, integrated discreetly or fitted into existing structures to save space. Regardless of the design, the stations feature foreign object detection, thermal management and OEM-capable outputs. The devices are therefore not only aimed at end users, but also at applications where integration into existing systems or products is planned.
At the same time, AquaAmp is working with SeaSocket on a programmable LED drink holder that also serves as a twelve-volt dock. This dock supplies up to 360 watts and is designed for a variety of accessories - from fans to Starlink modules and mixers to smartphone charging stations.
