Underwater spotlights are particularly popular in the Mediterranean. Until now, however, anyone wanting to illuminate the water around their boat had to cut large holes in their boat to fit the spotlights in place. The "Bongo" from Bongo Nautic now makes this time-consuming installation unnecessary.
The underwater spotlights are housed in a kind of mini-submarine, which is simply positioned underneath the boat using ropes. The Bongo receives the power required for the illumination via an underwater cable that is connected to the on-board power supply. However, the nocturnal splendour of colour around the boat comes at a price, which currently starts at an impressive 1620 euros.
