Fresh water systems are the exception rather than the rule on small boats. In most cases, however, they can be retrofitted without any problems. If a flexible water tank is used, the installation work is much easier.
You can also make your life easier when choosing a pump by using a model with an integrated pressure switch. Although this is slightly more expensive, it eliminates the need for a pressure accumulator. In total, you can expect to pay around 250 euros.
