23 boats in five categories: We show the "profiles" of the nominees before the winners are announced at boot Düsseldorf

The nominations for the European Powerboat Award 2020 have been finalised. The expert jury of the European trade press has made its choice and put 23 candidates on the ballot.

Not an easy task in view of more than 200 new launches. The editors-in-chief and testers of the most renowned European motorboat magazines "Boatmag.it", "Båtliv", "Neptune", "Marina CH", "Motorboot", "Nautica i Yates", "Yachtrevue" and BOOTE will be consulting in the "election office", which will once again be located at the Yachting Festival in Cannes this year.

With the help of a well thought-out points system, the writers search for and find the best motorboats of the year in five different categories. The focus of their judgement continues to be on workmanship, handling characteristics, safety, room layout, value for money and the implementation of innovative ideas.

As always, the award winners will be announced at boot in Düsseldorf.
