Apreamare 32 Comfort: a boat with tradition and a special design in which the signature of the Italian shipyard can be recognised.

Apreamare boats do not come out of the shipyard with the typical Italian design, but with a particularly traditional shape. The semi-circular stern, the matching large attached bathing platform and the teak deck are the main hallmarks.

Our test boat, the Apreamare 32, offers a good layout with a forward cabin and double berth as well as a saloon for two people. The seating area can be converted into a bunk, and two more people will find a sufficiently large sleeping area. A solution that is still acceptable for families, but not for longer trips with friends.

According to CE certification (B), the Apreamare can be sailed not only near the coast, but also outside coastal waters. A classification that suits the type of boat.

The boats are manufactured close to the water, near Naples. There, the boat builders do a good job on the outside of the hull and deck. Not so precise: the interior paintwork, laminate tips on the inside and rough cut edges, such as in the engine compartment.

Deputy Editor in Chief BOOTE

Ralf Marquard discovered his enthusiasm for boating on the tranquil Aller, first with inflatable boats and later with a 6-meter cabin cruiser. His electrical engineering studies at HAW Hamburg took him from the southern Heidekreis (Lower Saxony) to the Hanseatic city. Ralf Marquard has been working for the BOOTE editorial team since 1997, where he trained as a test editor. He tests both small inflatable boats and larger yachts. His personal boat is a 4.50 meter long, self-built wooden boat with a 50 hp outboard motor. In 2007, he was appointed deputy editor-in-chief at BOOTE.
