Art and yachts in Venice

The 58th Biennale is also showing contemporary art during this period and also at the eastern end of the lagoon city. Fifty yachts are moored in a 50,000 square metre basin and set off from there for trial runs on the Adriatic. The majority of the 100 exhibitors come from Italy. The Ferretti Group will be exhibiting yachts of all brands and inviting visitors on board Riva's new 50-metre steel flagship "Race" in the run-up to the fair. With Monte Carlo Yachts, Cranchi and Fincantieri, shipyards from the eastern Adriatic region around Venice will be exhibiting. Electric dayboats from northern Europe will be promoted by XShore from Sweden and Q-Yachts from Finland.
