They know each other. The "usual suspects" sit at the jury table: "Boatmag.it", "Bätliv", "Neptune", "Marina CH", "Motorboot", "Nautica i Yates", Yachtrevue" and BOOTE. The editors-in-chief and testers of the renowned motorboat magazines are eligible to vote. The list of candidates includes more than 200 new products. The best of the year are being sought in seven different categories. After electric boats, which celebrated their premiere last year, power catamarans now have their own category. Important: Only boats that have been tested by the jury prior to the vote may be voted for. The jurors meet in the "polling station", exchange results and points of view and then select the nominees for the European Powerboat Award in an open vote, with workmanship, handling characteristics, safety, room layout, value for money and the implementation of innovative ideas being prioritised by the experts as always. The award winners will then be announced at boot in Düsseldorf.

Under and over: Style, performance, safety and comfort should make it unique. A slip cabin with bed and bathroom, the sun lounger above, powerful engines and a cockpit with steering position, wet bar and convertible seating area are sure to impress.
Take it easy: Trailering is one of the easiest exercises with the 500 kg boat. The Ibiza 601 is aimed at people who want simple and affordable boating with low maintenance requirements. The steering position, 50 hp engine, cockpit benches and bathing platform with ladder are standard, while the convertible with headroom is an extra.
Space in the sun: The cockpit offers space for a seating area, the centre console with soft top, galley and two sun loungers. In terms of motorisation, a twin pack with 2 x 150 hp is the bestseller.
Driving pleasure: Dynamic handling, swivelling bucket seats with excellent lateral support and a functional steering console are undoubtedly among the plus points of the Norwegian-built RIB.
A great weekend: With a slip cabin, two beds, toilet, cockpit kitchen and sun lounger, the cruiser from Poland has everything you need. A powerful outboard motor included.
No frills: The new Brunswick series is what it looks like: robust and functional. A double bed, bathroom and kitchen ensure comfort, while a stepped hull and twin engines provide speed.
Better safe than sorry: highlights of the Sorrento are the twin engines with 2 x 350 hp and the second bedroom with separate access in the cockpit, where you can also cook and wash up under the large sliding roof. The space below deck is shared by a comfortable double bed and the bathroom.
Nomen est omen: The abbreviation LX stands for Extra Luxury and refers to a cabin with four berths and toilet and a cockpit equipped with a steering console, wet bar, aft bench seat and an XL sunbed on the foredeck.
Sunshine Tours: The seating areas in the cockpit in front of and behind the windscreen can be transformed into sun loungers. Real eye-catchers are the power tower with soft top, the fold-out "water stairs" at the rear and the V-8 petrol engine, which is invisible at first glance.
Made in Germany: At the end of the development phase, the Sterk 31 will be available in RC, wetbar and full-cabin versions. All together are made for those who love modern design, high speed and comfort. In addition to good looks, functionality and safety on board are a matter of course. Highlights of the RC version include sun loungers and a large hardtop, two 300 hp engines and a top speed of 50 knots.
A matter of opinion: the shipyard sees her as the ideal yacht for individualists. And they need the cockpit with hardtop and wet bar, the saloon with galley and dinette, the bow cabin with an XXL double bed and the choice between single and twin engines.
Three in one: owner's, VIP and guest cabins offer space and comfort for family and friends. Cooking takes place in the saloon, barbecues at the wet bar on the flybridge. Outside, the large sun lounger on the foredeck provides the wow effect.
Sustainable: Fim uses recyclable carbon fibres from aviation technology in its construction. Folding cockpit balconies and a hardtop with rotating louvres are also innovative. The owner's cabin and saloon look almost mundane in comparison.
The new flagship: Scandinavia or Gourmet? The "gourmet version" of the Marex 440 advertises itself with two or three cabins, a perfect, solar-powered galley with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher, convertible (sunbed, dining room or bar) cockpit furniture and diesel engines with V-Drive, Z-drive or electronically controlled IPS.
More space, more fun: the type designation Air stands for the open walkaround concept. Its hallmarks are innovative design, stepped hull, powerful engines with Z-drive and the associated spectacular handling characteristics. In short: dynamism, emotion and comfort.
Nothing is impossible: the Lancia 52 impresses with its versatility. The owner has the choice of XXL sunbed or fishing cockpit, two or three cabins, diesel with pod or shaft drive or a 2400 hp outboard quartet.
You know what you've got: The BOOTE tester praises comfort and workmanship at the highest level, which can be found in three cabins, the saloon and on the flybridge. The design and two diesels with shaft systems promise stability.
Exemplary character: even more comfort and quality of workmanship. The F4 sets the standards for future F-Line models. Exemplary features include a large flybridge, sun loungers, a saloon with kitchen, three cabins, two bathrooms and Volvo Pentas IPS.
Come what may: the Explorer is characterised by its walkaround deck layout, suitability for rough water, a design with corners and edges, wheelhouse and high freeboard. Three cabins, saloon, toilet and shower fulfil the desire for comfort. In the engine compartment, there are two diesels in front of pod or sterndrives.
Nothing is missing: equipped with sporty shapes, 1450 hp, pod drives, 36 kn top speed, master and VIP cabin, large cockpit area and a touch of luxury, the Superhawk 55 has everything a real performance yacht needs.
