In the Port Canto on the east side, sailing yachts from ten to 35 metres in length will join the brokers who have been exhibiting here for almost 15 years on 800 metres of quay. In addition to the 121 monohulls and multihulls from 97 exhibitors, manufacturers of various toys will also be presenting themselves on the southern harbour wall.
The motor yachts will remain in the Vieux Port, the western harbour basin on the other side of the Croisette. The 42nd edition of the trade fair is planning 388 formats up to 48 metres in length. Absolute is bringing the 72 Fly (21.47 metres) to Cannes, while modern dayboat interpretations will be provided by Fairline with the F33 (9.99 metres), Ocean Alexander with the 45 D (14.45 metres) and the 48 Wallytender (14.50 metres) produced by Ferretti. High-volume concepts come from Extra Yachts with the 93 (28.50 m) and in the form of the 17-metre Dutch Craft 56, while Outer Reef is moored with the 640 Classic Azure (19.50 m) and Azimut with the 28.70-metre Grande S10. Sanlorenzo will be showing two world premieres, the SD96 (28.88 metres) and the first flybridge bluegame BGX70.
Shuttles will guarantee a smooth commute between the locations, which are 2.5 kilometres apart: Buses cover the Croisette in 15 minutes, water taxis in eight minutes. The Cannes Yachting Festival is showing 30 per cent more sailing yachts and ten per cent more motor yachts than last year due to the strict division of the exhibition area into two sections. Those who are only interested in sailing formats can enter the Port Canto free of charge on any day between ten and eleven o'clock. The admission price for the entire trade fair is 20 euros and 15 euros if the ticket is ordered online by 9 September.
