Sculpture at sea: Owner and designer got on well together. Michael Leach styled with " Palladium " a 95 metre long sports platform for waterbikes. Blohm + Voss built curved shapes reminiscent of sea creatures.
Around the world in mahogany: Baltic delivered the 36 metre long "Canova", a Judel/Vrolijk design with explorer genes and massive-looking club furnishings. Long voyages to unexplored areas are on the experienced owner's wish list.
Gallery while travelling: The owner collects art from the last few decades and takes it with him on the 39 metre long "SnowbirD". His son David Ostrander developed the interior as a frame for the works. Hakvoort supplied styling by Cor D. Rover.
Globetrotter: The owners ordered the 73 metre long "Laurel" from Delta Marine for long journeys. This idea turned into a three-year voyage to the most beautiful destinations between Venice, Alaska and Bora Bora.
The phoenix shows the way: Lürssen's "Phoenix2" is the first motor yacht to sail with a figurehead. The five-metre-long bird is assembled at the shipyard in the utmost secrecy. BOOTE EXCLUSIV was allowed to take a look behind the scenes.
In pole position: the owner of these 37 metres takes racing seriously. He baptised Heesen's fast aluminium "Aurelia" after a Lancia GT. The racing theme dominates.
German Superyacht Conference
The first German Superyacht Conference organised by BOOTE EXCLUSIV struck a chord with the industry. Over 100 guests from five nations were enthusiastic about the presentations by high-calibre speakers and the subsequent networking.
