Two sizes smaller It is exactly 16.65 metres shorter than its big sister (X-Treme 105), but no less attractive. Bernd Weel and his team of designers have drawn the 16 metre "short" little boat with the same clear lines. The robust, steel construction offers space on two decks for a saloon with comfortable sofas and a modern kitchen next to the steering position, as well as an owner's and guest cabin with bathroom and a double cockpit (fore and aft). It goes without saying that the workmanship of the hull and interior sets standards in all respects for the yacht builders from Meppel in the Netherlands. They show restraint only when it comes to the engine, although the "economical" 2x 175 hp ensure long (2400 nm) ranges when cruising. Even with a top speed of 10 knots, the motto is "hurry up and wait".

With body and soul To put it bluntly, the outboard version of the Invictus 320 reflects the character and soul of the owner. Whoever believes it. The fact is, the transom-mounted engines create space in the cockpit, space for a perfectly equipped helm station, an automatic bimini or hardtop, a side exit, wetbar and sofa. Nothing has been changed below deck compared to the inboard version. The centre cabin with double bed, bathroom and seating area that can be converted into a bed are still in their usual place. When it comes to the engine, the customer has the choice: will they have Yamaha's 300 hp six-cylinder engines in a duet or as a trio? One thing is certain, both options guarantee (driving) fun.

Black and white was yesterday The boat builders from Borgia bring colour into play and are inspired by a special pasta (Barilla Collezione) that is sold in Italy in light blue packaging. Capoforte calls the hull colour "Blue Whale" and combines it with cockpit upholstery in "Rich Cognac" and a "Sunset Gold" dashboard. Conclusion: Looks good! The aim is to deliver elegance, comfort and performance. The latter is hidden under the comfortable sunbed. There is a choice of petrol and diesel engines (350 or 260 hp) with Z-drive, which effortlessly accelerate the "Collezione", which is equipped with a bathing platform, bow sofa, wet bar and centre console, to 39 knots at best.

One floor higher How do you turn a V50 into an F50? Quite simply (or not!), you put the crown on the open (V50), which is called a flybridge here, and equip it with a driving position, co-driver's and stern sofa. The saloon is dominated by helm station number two, comfortable sofas, galley and dining table. The owner's suite and VIP cabin, both equipped with double beds and separate bathrooms, are located downstairs. Volvo Penta's electronically controlled IPS 800 is installed in the engine compartment. Twelve hundred hp and pod drives promise a top speed of 34 knots and child's play manoeuvring.

When things need to go quickly At a top speed of 55 knots, boating is almost as nice as flying. Or is it? The range of engines extends from 2x 250 to 2x 350 hp. For the famous calm after the storm, the Gran Turismo is equipped with a "hidden" slip cabin, which offers space for a double berth and a bathroom with washbasin and toilet. Other plus points in terms of comfort are the seating area in the bow, which can be converted into a sun lounger in a few simple steps, the wet bar, the sofa in the stern and the hot water shower in the cockpit.

Where you want to go The solar-electric drive ensures that there are no limits to the range of the catamaran from the Netherlands. The necessary energy is supplied by solar panels, generators and lithium batteries. In the version equipped with two 200 kW electric motors, the cat can reach a speed of 14 knots. The requirements were performance, comfort and zero emissions. No sooner said than done. Comfort can be found in lounges, the saloon, the owner's suite, two VIP cabins and the "children's room".
