What the six programmes have in common: In the investment model, the owner buys a yacht or boat and leaves it to the provider for commercial use. In return, he receives a guaranteed return, with the exception of WeBoat and Linssen. The fixed income for this is between 6 and 8 % per year, irrespective of the rental. Dream Yacht also offers up to 12% with a variable revenue share. The owner has no running costs (except for WeBoat & Linssen). Maintenance, insurance and mooring fees are covered by the provider in these programmes. Flexible own use: Use of your own or a comparable boat at bases worldwide. The contract term is usually five to seven years, after which the boat can be sold, kept or returned.
The Moorings is a good choice for motor boaters looking for a spacious catamaran with guaranteed income. Particularly suitable for families and charter guests who want to choose between motor yachts and sailing yachts.
Dream Yacht offers the most flexible fleet selection. Those who prefer maximum earnings potential (up to 12% return), more individual yacht selection and exotic locations will find the best model here.
Le Boat is ideal for inland boaters who own a houseboat and want to use it flexibly without having to worry about maintenance or high fixed costs.
WeBoat is aimed at boaters who want to sail regularly on Mallorca but don't want to buy their own yacht. Instead, they pay an annual fee for an exclusive boating community.
Linssen Boating Holidays is perfect for luxury charters on inland waterways, but without an investment model. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts who want to charter a high-quality motor yacht on a regular basis.
