From 13-metre inflatable boats and fast racers to chic retro classics: we tell you which types of boats will be presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, how many visitors will come and what the opening times are.

From 9 to 14 September, the who's who of the international water sports industry will meet on the French Riviera for the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025. The event is one of the most important in-water boat shows in Europe and will once again feature an impressive variety of yachts, innovations and premieres this year.

Types of boats at the trade fair

Over 700 boats will be moored at the piers and jetties of the Old Town harbour and the sports boat marina. These include new models such as the Pearl 63 and the Solaris Power 60, but there will also be numerous smaller boats on display, such as the Kattum K-28 and the Riva Cento. The spectrum ranges from compact day cruisers and luxurious flybridge yachts to high-performance RIBs and sustainable hybrid concepts.

Cannes Yachting Festival is regarded as a global industry gathering

As in previous years, the Vieux Port in the heart of Cannes will mainly be reserved for large motor yachts. The Port Canto, on the other hand, will be home to sailing boats, including numerous catamarans and monohull yachts. It is also home to the Power Boat Marina, where sporty outboards, weekenders, cabin cruisers and other compact models will be presented - both in the water and on land on around 3,000 square metres of exhibition space. With around 55,000 visitors from over 130 countries last year, the trade fair is not only a showcase for boating innovations, it is also a global meeting place for the industry. We present some of the special trade fair premieres in advance.
