Two basic versions for American and Mediterranean requirements as well as endless customisation options. The Lancia Aprea 52 can be customised.

The Lancia Aprea 52 is available in two versions for the Mediterranean and American markets. Each version offers different features and customisation options to meet the individual needs and preferences of the owner.

In the Mediterranean version, the 15.3 metre long Aprea 52 has a sun deck at the stern that invites you to relax and sunbathe. On the main deck there is a dining area, an owner's cabin, a guest cabin and the main bathroom. This configuration is ideal for relaxing cruises along the picturesque coasts of the Mediterranean.

Fish tank instead of sun deck for the USA

The American version of the Lancia Aprea 52, on the other hand, offers a different layout that is specially tailored to the needs of the American market. Here, the sun deck has been removed to make room for a fishing area equipped with a fish tank and a large sofa. The main deck consists of an owner's cabin, a guest cabin with a double bed and a single bed, a dining area with galley and a wet room. This configuration is ideal for those who want to enjoy fishing and leisure activities on the water.

The two versions of the Lancia Aprea 52 offer a high degree of customisation and allow the owner to choose different combinations of colours, interiors, engines and luxurious details. This makes each boat a unique example of modern customisation. The interior design of the Lancia Aprea 52 was developed in collaboration with the designers at Victory Design. The successful collaboration with architect Stefano Faggioni from La Spezia resulted in an appealing and functional interior that combines comfort and elegance.

Family project

Antonino Aprea on the project: "We are proud of this challenge accepted by the new generation of our family, which with the Lancia 52 has created the progenitor of a new dynasty of modern motor yachts. The engine of our enthusiasm is the passion born of a 130-year seafaring tradition and the will to innovate to create a new series of yachts with strong appeal, beautiful design and high performance."

The colour palette for the exterior of the Lancia Aprea 52 includes 11 different options named after famous coastal towns on the Sorrento and Capri peninsulas. This gives the boat an additional personal touch and allows the owner to express his own style. The colours available include Blu Vervece, Smeraldo Positano and Verde Amalfi.

The Lancia Aprea 52 offers endless combination possibilities

"The Lancia 52 gives its owners plenty of room for inspiration. In fact, they can be characterised by infinite combinations of layouts, materials, colours, fabrics and details that make each boat a perfect example of modern personalisation," says Francesco Aprea, Technical Director of Lancia Aprea.

The performance of the Lancia Aprea 52 is said to be impressive. The hull in Victory design is wide and deep V-shaped, which should guarantee seaworthiness, stability and reduced fuel consumption. The Lancia Aprea 52 can be equipped with various engine options, including in-line diesel engines, Volvo Penta IPS pods or four Mercury Verado XS600 outboard engines. These powerful drives enable a top speed of up to 50 knots, according to the shipyard.

The Lancia Aprea 52 is a boat that represents the new generation of the Cantieri Aprea family. We will take a look at the Aprea 52 at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023 and then report more about the boat.

Editor Test & Technology

Ole Puls was born in Schleswig in 1999. He quickly swapped the football pitch for the Schlei and grew up sailing a wide variety of dinghies and tall ships. From his grandfather's self-built wooden opti and a Europe to a 49er and an X362 Sport, there was a lot to choose from. After leaving school, Puls decided to train as a boat builder at the high-tech shipyard Knierim Yachtbau in Kiel in 2016. He successfully completed his training in 2020 and stayed at the shipyard as a bachelor. In 2022, he decided not only to build boats, but also to test them. Since then, he has been working for Delius Klasing Verlag in the Test & Technology section of BOOTE magazine. The training he received and the eye for detail and quality of workmanship he acquired help him immensely today. Even though he is a regatta sailor with heart and soul, he feels right at home on motorboats and enjoys separating his professional and private lives and yet combining them. Because we all know one thing: there is simply no better place to be than on the water.
