Anvera has made a name for itself with high-performance carbon-fibre inflatable boats. The Anvera 200-S It is the shipyard’s largest boat to date. The hull and boat design are the work of designer Brunello Acampora, who made his name with Victory Design for developing offshore racing boats and motorboats for shipyards such as Riva and Pershing.
Depending on the engine configuration, the two MAN V12 engines deliver a combined output of between 1,300 and 4,400 PS and are fitted with surface-drive systems from the manufacturer Top System. With this propeller design, only half of the propellers are submerged whilst the vessel is underway, which is intended to significantly reduce drag. According to the shipyard, the Anvera 200-S has a comfortable cruising speed of 40 knots. At full throttle, with the 4,400 PS engine configuration, it can even reach a top speed of over 70 knots.
Below deck, the crew should not realise that they are in a speedboat. According to the shipyard, up to three cabins are possible: two guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms and one crew cabin with separate access. The master cabin features a large double bed with a carbon-fibre-framed bedstead, above which is a skylight that lets in natural light. The guest cabin is fitted with two single beds. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower. Anvera gives every buyer the opportunity to tailor the yacht entirely to their own needs, so each unit in the limited series is individually configured.
There is enough space on the aft deck for a spacious sun lounger. According to the shipyard, the usable floor area exceeds 30 square metres. When the side terraces are extended, the boat reaches a width of just under seven metres. Beneath the T-top is a lounge and dining area, which is enclosed at the sides to provide greater protection from the elements.
Viewed from above, the Anvera 200-S has a very elongated, extremely tapered silhouette. The tube-like hulls run from the bow along the sides of the entire hull. At the stern, there is a wide, low-lying teak deck, with the T-top situated above it.
The 200-S is the middle of three variants. The base model, the Anvera 200, is powered by two MAN V8 engines producing 1,300 PS and, according to the shipyard, is capable of reaching over 50 knots. At the top of the range is the racing version, with 2 x 2,200 PS, known as the 200-Racing. All three variants are produced in limited numbers only.
