For this voluminous Amels (77.8 metres), the Espen Øino François Zuretti was responsible for the interior. The upper deck is considered a masterpiece of multifunctional design, with the helipad doubling as a sun terrace or open-air yoga studio. The owner's deck is also spectacular: The forward-facing suite has floor-to-ceiling glazing and direct access to a private terrace with a whirlpool and marble fireplace.
Two VIP suites with sliding glass walls and private balconies are located on the main deck, while the remaining 14 guests spend the night one floor below. Elsewhere on the Beletage there is a formal dining room, an office, a martial arts studio, a waterfall lounge and a spectacular lobby with a glass lift. The brokerage house advertises the 2022 steel and aluminium lady as "barely used and as good as new".
The 107-metre-long Signora caused a sensation when it left the Benetti halls in 2019 as the first of three newbuilds over 100 metres long. At the Livorno site, the Italians reserved adjacent building plots for the giga trio for months. After the launch, the name "Lana" was initially emblazoned on the stern. Pierluigi Ausonio (P.L.A.N.A.) assisted the Benetti team with the design of today's "MAR".
The eight-metre-long pool, which fills up in just 45 minutes, stood out in particular. Its position at a lofty height on the front sun deck made it the star of the show. The positioning of the berths is also unusual. While the owners live at bridge level, the VIPs are spread over seven suites on the main deck. Each measures 33 square metres and exceeds the cabin size of similar charter ships. Top 10: Place 10 to 8
This 20 metre wide steel and aluminium construction dates back to 2010. The first owner of the 114 metre ice-class explorer was Roman Abramowitsch, who replaced his "Le Grand Bleu" with the design by Newcruise - under the direction of Frank Neubelt. "Luna" was built in co-operation between the Lloyd shipyard in Bremerhaven and Stahlbau Nord. As Abramovich did not want to keep it, the Russian entrepreneur Farkhad Akhmedov took over the yacht, which fell to his ex-wife as part of their divorce and was moored in Dubai for several years.
She was due for a major refit in 2021, moored at Blohm + Voss in 2022 and is currently undergoing another facelift. A crew of 51 could take care of the up to 18 guests on board, at least that is the number of berths available. In addition to a surprisingly modern Donald Starkey interior, there is the usual range of disco, cinema, spa and gym facilities on board, as well as a considerable arsenal of tenders and toys.
