- Around 45% of the net purchase price is returned to the owner within the programme term.
- Owners enjoy the right to use their own yacht for up to twelve weeks a year and have access to other boats in The Moorings fleet worldwide.
Partial acquisition with later purchase option
- The owner invests only 45% of the purchase price, but waives guaranteed income.
- Nevertheless, he enjoys all the benefits of the owner programme.
- At the end of the programme, the yacht can be taken over in full with an additional payment of 20% plus VAT.
