The Finnish manufacturer of premium motorboats, Saxdor Yachts, will present its latest model at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 12 to 17 September 2023: The Saxdor 400 GTO.

Saxdor Yachts has already produced over 1000 boats and is growing continuously. With the launch of the Saxdor 400 GTO, the company plans to expand its product range and secure a place in the 40-45 foot sports boat market segment.

The new model, which is based on the successful 320 model, was designed for a twin-engine outboard drive. Good performance, seaworthiness and cruising efficiency are promised, according to the manufacturer. Vacuum infusion techniques have been utilised to reduce weight and increase fuel efficiency.

The boat offers standard balconies, a new glass stern window and a lower deck with space for a double cabin, a bathroom and an optional children's cabin as well as a further double cabin.

Sakari Mattila, founder and chief designer of Saxdor Yachts, will present the new Saxdor 400 GTO at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The Cannes Yachting Festival attracts sailing and motorboat enthusiasts from all over the world every year.

Leonie Meyer was born in Detmold in 1997. The passion for boating runs in her family: every year they spend their summer holidays in Croatia with their boat. Even as a child, she leafed through her father's BOOTE magazine.

After training as a design assistant at school, she moved to Magdeburg to study International Journalism.
